-Our in town service call & diagnostic fee is $89.95. After diagnosing your machine, one flat rate price will include all parts, and fees, so you know ahead of time exactly what the cost is. If you choose to do the repair, this will be the total amount you will owe. If you decide not to have the appliance repair done, then you will just owe the service call/ diagnostic fee. $30 each additional appliance to diagnose.

We feel that the words "waived" or "free" is a bit of a white lie only to get you to book the service call. Rest assured our pricing is fair, accurate, and competitive. We use a national flat rate guide that many appliance repair companies around the country use to price your repair.

Every appliance repair service call is unique with lots of variables that affect timing, so the tightest time range we can give people is a 2 hour window, since we are usually coming to your home after one or more other jobs. We try to make it as convenient as possible for you!

Everyone is happy when the appliance repair can be completed in the first trip, so we work hard to make sure that happens. Our years of experience enables us to keep a smart inventory of more commonly needed parts, and we will bring along anything we have on hand that might be needed for your repair based on your brand, model, and problem description. In the event that a part does need to be ordered, we usually get it in within a few days and can get right back out to complete the repair.

While we know a lot about appliances and how to diagnose them there are thousands of models out there. We will use your model number to research your particular appliance before your appointment so we are armed with the technical data and part that could be failing.
